The Challenge
ATLC HR Solution offers HR management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and business registration services to startups, SMEs, and established organizations. As a compliance-focused brand, they needed a website that felt professional and trustworthy — but also modern enough to stand out from the typically plain, text-heavy websites common in the HR and compliance space.
They came to us with a clear ask: an animated website design that would make a strong first impression on visitors while clearly communicating what they do.
What We Did
Before opening a design tool, we started with competitor research and audience research — studying how other HR and compliance service providers were presenting themselves online, and understanding what business owners and HR decision-makers actually look for when evaluating a compliance partner.
Using those insights, we created a design concept built to be genuinely unique in the space, rather than following the generic corporate template most competitors were using. Once the design direction was finalized, we moved into building out the full website.
A key part of the brief was animation. We incorporated smooth, purposeful animations throughout the site to make it feel more engaging and modern, without compromising the professional tone a compliance brand needs to maintain. The result is a 4-page website — Home, About Us, Services, and Contact Us — that clearly lays out ATLC’s core offerings: Labour Law Compliance, Payroll Management, HR Management Services, and Registration & Licensing.
The Outcome
The finished website gives ATLC HR Solution a strong, distinctive online presence that reflects both their professionalism and the modern, reliable service they offer. The animated elements add visual polish without cluttering the user experience, striking a balance that’s often hard to get right — especially in a service category built on trust and precision.
